The absorption layer extends to the belt at the back. The difference between heavy and heavy-overnight is that there is an extra layer incorporated into the crotch. super absorption pants For: heavier menstruation (days) also around menopause, safe at night especially for stomach sleepers and more security in case of urine loss, also nice during or after pregnancy. The absorption layer extends to the belt at the front and back.
