Swimming bottoms in a cheeky model which you can easily combine with your own bikini top. The pants are made from recycled materials. The gusset has an absorbent layer that does not become heavy when it gets wet and is waterproof.
You can swim with these bikini bottoms, provided you don't have heavy periods. The outer fabric of the pants dries very quickly. On heavier days we recommend combining it with a cup or tampon. These bottoms are also comfortable to wear under other swimming shorts during menstruation if this model does not suit you.

to wash
Wash your moodies before wearing your moodies . This is very important. You can compare the absorbent fabric in the gusset with a towel: if you don't wash it, it won't absorb moisture.
to rinse
Rinse! After wearing your moodies, rinse them under the tap or take them with you in the shower before putting them in the wash. Don't soak them in water! Then hang them on the edge of the laundry basket until you wash them again.
40 degrees was
Wash at max 40º . Together with your other laundry. Use regular detergent or ecological detergent, but no fabric softener (Please note that most washing pods also contain fabric softener). Instead of fabric softener you can use organic natural vinegar. Spinning is no problem.
to hang
Do not put in the dryer . Hang your pants to dry. It is better not to put your moodies in the dryer because this can cause the technical fabrics in the crotch to lose their effectiveness.
maintenance
Sometimes, after a few months, your panties may need a thorough overhaul . This is especially true if you occasionally notice your panties leaking more easily, or if they're starting to smell a bit more.
A more thorough cleaning every three months will ensure that the Moodies last as long as possible , you can prevent unpleasant odors and everything stays hygienic and clean .

can you swim with menstrual swimwear?
With a light flow you can also swim with menstrual swimwear. It is important that the swimwear fits well.
If you have a heavier menstrual period, we recommend putting on the swimwear just before swimming and changing it immediately after swimming. Or combine the swimwear with a cup or tampon.
Is there also menstrual swimwear with higher absorption?
We have done a lot of research into a cross and swimwear that keeps menstruation inside while swimming.
In our opinion, this is not possible with heavy menstruation without extra protection such as a cup or tampon.
I'm between two sizes, which one should I choose?
It is important that it fits well around the buttocks. If you are in doubt about the size, it is better to go slightly smaller than slightly larger.

This can be washed in the 30 degree wash after rinsing. No fabric softener, and let it air dry.
