Social Media & Online Marketing Internship

From September 2026, Moodies is looking for an ambitious Social Media & Online Marketing intern to join our scale-up. Are you creative, a strong writer, results-oriented, do you have an affinity with topics relevant to girls and women, and do you work independently? Who are we?

The Dutch brand Moodies makes washable menstrual and incontinence underwear ("undies") in which you can have your period worry-free, and the incontinence undies work great for light urine loss.

With Moodies menstrual underwear, you literally make your menstruation more sustainable. How does that work exactly? The underwear features a super thin gusset of approximately 2-3 mm. It contains 3 extra layers of technical fabric to ensure the undies absorb, don't leak, and still provide a dry feeling for 8-10 hours. Due to an antibacterial wash of the absorbent fabric in the gusset, the underwear remains hygienic all day long and leaves no odor. In addition, you can use the menstrual underwear for up to 3 years, which saves a lot of plastic as well as money.

The collection consists of a separate line for women and a separate line for girls; each with its own models and colors. In addition, there is a swimwear line and an Everyday line.

What will you do?

During your internship, you will support Moodies in the field of online marketing. This includes the following activities:

Managing and maintaining Moodies' social media channels
Creating and filling content calendars
Contributing ideas for online marketing strategies to generate more traffic to the website and social media accounts
Researching developments in social media to optimize the use of all social media channels
Handling PR activities; writing blogs, press releases, and other online content
Supporting other tasks in the workplace.

What we ask for:

Strong writing and creative skills, and open to creating content about menstruation, incontinence, and everything related to it

Proficient in using Canva
Knowledge of social media
No experience required
Minimum HBO (higher professional education) level
You are willing to create social content for our accounts together with other employees.
You are available for 32-40 hours per week, for a minimum of 4 months.
You work at least 3 days a week at our office in Amsterdam.
