For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, we do not charge shipping costs for orders over €39.

Orders placed before 9 p.m. will be shipped the same working day.

Can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will get to work. As soon as the package has been registered with PostNL or DHL, you will receive a tracking code in your email that you can use to track the package.

To track your package via PostNL, enter the tracking code on their website. For DHL, go to their website.

What are the shipping costs?

• The Netherlands & Belgium
  • Free shipping on orders over €39.
  • Up to €39:
    • The Netherlands: €2.95 shipping costs
    • Belgium: €3.95 shipping costs
• Other European countries (Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Denmark)
  • Up to €100: €7.95 shipping costs
  • From €100: free shipping
• Other countries
  • Shipping costs according to the PostNL rate
