High Waist Hiphugger heavy: These seamless pants are made of a beautiful thin but sturdy elastane fabric. The seams at the buttocks and at the top are not stitched but glued, so the bottoms do not leave a visible print on the buttocks. With the high waist, these pants fall over your stomach, which is very comfortable. tip: can be tight in the legs/buttocks in the beginning. By wearing it or stretching it a little, it adapts to the shape of your body. heavy absorption; can absorb 3 to 4 tampons worth of blood or 18 ml of urine loss for 8 – 10 hours.

Classic Brief Lace moderate: A beautiful classic bottom with a wide lace finish at the waist so that the bottom does not show in the stomach. These pants are lined with soft bamboo viscose, so no seams of the absorption layer are visible on the outside. In the colors beige and black. moderate absorption; keeps you safe for 8-10 hours on an average menstrual day, comparable to 2 tampons or 10 ml of urine loss.

Bikini undie light: Underpants with a beautiful classic fit, made of bamboo that feels soft, is comfortable to wear and good for the environment because bamboo requires less water to grow. light absorption; can accommodate up to 1 tampon of menstruation and 5ml of urine loss for 8-10 hours.

Hipster Lace moderate: In these pants, the absorbent technique of the gusset is combined with beautiful lace on both the front and back of the pants. It is a soft lace fabric that feels very pleasant. These pants do not show under your clothes due to the lace finish on the buttocks. moderate absorption; can accommodate up to approximately 2 tampons or 10 ml of urine loss for 8-10 hours.

Boyshort moderate/heavy: A super relaxed and cool pants, for example for sports. The elastic in the band is very comfortable and does not cause stretch marks. The pants reach the hips, so no seams are visible on the buttocks. moderate-heavy absorption; can accommodate up to 2-3 menstrual tampons or 13 ml of urine loss for 8-10 hours.

RUCO-BAC is used for the antibacterial washing of the first and second layers. This is a thoroughly tested biocide that is used to kill bacteria. This protects the skin and mucous membranes against inflammation and infections and prevents unpleasant odors.
This washing is permanent and is not harmful to the skin.

After use, rinse the pants with cold water before washing them.
Wash at max. 40 degrees. Allow to dry after washing and the pants can be used again.
Do not bleach, do not soak, do not use fabric softener, do not tumble dry or iron.

For some women, the hiphugger can pinch a bit in the buttocks or groin. This is because the fabric still needs to adapt to the shape of the body. This improves by stretching it a bit by hand.

What exactly is menstrual underwear and how does it work?

Moodies are underwear that can collect menstrual blood and light urine loss, so you no longer have to use sanitary towels, tampons or other means of collection.

Moodies uses technical fabrics in the crotch that absorb and disperse moisture and ensure that you do not leak through. There is a nice sports fabric against your skin that allows moisture to pass through easily and ensures that it feels dry.

These are all breathable fabrics, which have an antibacterial wash, which means that hardly any odor is released and it is very natural and hygienic.

how many moodies do I need to get through my period?

That of course depends on how often you wash, but assuming that is 1 or 2 times during your menstrual period, we estimate that you will need 4 to 5 pairs of pants. Check our blog for more information about this.

How often can you use and wash moodies menstrual panties?

If the washing instructions are followed, moodies will last at least 50-60 washes, so depending on how often you wear them you can use them for at least 3 years.

when should you change menstrual underwear?

With an average period you can wear moodies for a whole day or night (8-10 hours). But every period and every body is different, and if your flow is intense, the cross cannot absorb it all at once. Then choose heavy or heavy-overnight absorption, sometimes with an additional solution such as a tampon or cup.

We recommend trying it first for a day when you are relaxed at home, so that you can really experience how it works for you. And a trick: if the seams in the crotch become damp, it's time to change!
