Outer fabric material is: 82% recycled nylon / 18% elastane
Gusset 1st layer: mesh 100% polyester
2nd layer: PU
The fabrics in the gusset have been treated with an antibacterial wash based on biocides (RUCO BAC AGP), registered under EU no. 528/2012. This makes these substances effective against harmful and odor-causing bacteria. Extensive toxicity testing shows that this wash does not affect the natural microflora of the skin and that it only remains on the textile and does not migrate.

After use, rinse the pants with cold water before washing them.
Wash at max. 40 degrees. Allow to dry after washing and the pants can be used again.
Do not bleach, do not soak, do not use fabric softener, do not tumble dry or iron.

The Classic Bikini is a standard bikini bottom with an integrated period gusset — easy to combine with any bikini top. Light: 1 tampon. Moderate-heavy: 2–3 tampons. From the outside there is nothing to show it is any different from regular swimwear.
can I swim with the Classic Bikini during a heavier period?
With a moderate flow, the moderate-heavy version offers standalone protection for 2–4 hours of swimming. For a heavier flow we advise combining with a menstrual cup for maximum security.
is the Classic Bikini also suitable for full beach days as well as swimming?
Yes. The quick-drying fabric (82% recycled nylon) is comfortable to wear all day. The absorbent layer remains effective even out of the water.
how do I combine the Moodies Classic Bikini with a bikini top?
The Classic Bikini is supplied as a separate bottom and can be combined with any bikini top. Moodies also offers matching bikini tops. The neutral colour (black) pairs with almost everything.

how long does the Classic Bikini last?
With proper care (rinse cold, wash at 30°C, no tumble dryer) it lasts for multiple seasons. The recycled nylon fabric is robust and maintains its colour and elasticity with correct care.
