Trial period with your first Moodies purchase

With your first purchase, you can try Moodies period and incontinence underwear for 40 days. The 40-day trial period does not apply to swimwear items or the bralette. 

Not satisfied? You can return them within 40 days. You will receive a free return label, but you will be charged return shipping costs based on the country where the return is processed. The return shipping costs are listed further down the page.

  • You may return a maximum of 2 used products.
  • Did you order more? Then try 2 products first. If you are not satisfied, you can return the 2 used products and the remaining unused products.


Exchanges or returns

  • You can always exchange items if the size or fit is not right.
  • Products may only be tried on (not washed or worn).
  • When trying on the product, leave the hygiene sticker in the crotch (if present. We recently started using hygiene stickers, so there are still products on sale without them).

Products that have only been tried on and are returned because the fit is not right will be donated through our Moodies program to combat period poverty.


Shipping and Return Costs


  • Return Costs

You are responsible for paying the cost of the return label when you request a return:

    • PostNL: €2.50
    • DHL: €3.20
    • PostNL BE: €2.50

Did you receive your order as a package? If so, the return shipment must be sent back as a package, regardless of the number of items you are returning.

Please note:

    • We recommend using track & trace.
    • Without track & trace, you are responsible if the package goes missing.
    • Always include a note with your order number; otherwise, we cannot process the return and you will not receive a refund.
    • Please also state the reason for the return or,
    • specify which product you’d like to exchange the item for.
    • If you make two exchanges within the same order, shipping costs will be charged again for the second exchange; these are €7.95.

 

  • If you exchange a product (NL,BE) you will not be charged return shipping costs.
  • If you exchange an item twice within the same order, return shipping costs will be charged when processing the exchange. See the return shipping costs below.
    • Netherlands: €2.50
    • Belgium: €3.20

Did we deliver any incorrect or damaged items?
If so, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds & exchanges

  • Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 4 working days. (Please note: it may take a few days before this is visible in your account.)
  • If we receive a return that has been used or washed, we will destroy it and no refund will be made.
  • Once we have received your exchange, we will send the new product within 4 working days.

 

Other conditions

  • Products can only be returned in their original packaging. If the product no longer has its packaging, we may refuse the return.
  • Used or washed products cannot be returned in the case of a repeat purchase.
  • Products purchased with gift cards will be refunded in a new online voucher, provided they meet the conditions.
