Return policy on first purchase.

On a first purchase, you may try moodies, and if you don't like them, you may return them within 40 days. For used products, there is a maximum of 2 used products that may be returned.

If you have purchased more products, we recommend that you try 2 products first. If you don't like it, you can return 2 used plus the remaining products that have not been washed/used.

If the fit is not good, you can always return or exchange the products. It is important that the product has only been tried on, and not yet washed. Please always leave the hygiene sticker in the crotch (if present) before trying on.

Products that are only tried on and returned because the fit is not good, we donate to charity according to our program moodies against period poverty. We would like to receive the products neatly returned for this purpose.

Exchanges are only possible if you want a different size or color of the same model.

Shipping of returns and exchanges are at your own expense. In the link below you can register products and obtain a return label. If wrong or damaged items are delivered, the return costs are of course for us. In that case we ask you to send an email to support@moodiesundies.com or report this via Whatsapp.
