what's in this bundle?

Hipster Super: A stylish pair of briefs with a soft lining throughout. They fit snugly and cover almost the entire bottom. Made of bamboo fabric, they feel soft, are comfortable to wear, and are better for the environment because less water is needed for bamboo production. They're super absorbent; they can hold 5 to 6 tampons' worth of blood or 35 ml of urine for 8-10 hours.

Boyshort Super: These briefs are specially designed for girls who experience heavy periods. The absorbent gusset is larger and extends from the back all the way to the front, all the way to the waistband. This is also comfortable if you sleep on your stomach. The elastic band doesn't pinch. These briefs reach the hips, so there are no visible seams on the buttocks. Made of bamboo, they feel soft, are comfortable to wear, and have a lower environmental impact. Super absorbent; they can hold approximately 5-6 tampons' worth of menstrual blood or 35 ml of urine leakage for 8-10 hours.

RUCO-BAC is used for the antibacterial wash of the first and second layers. This is a thoroughly tested biocide used to kill bacteria. This protects the skin and mucous membranes from inflammation and infection, and prevents unpleasant odors.
This wash is permanent and is not harmful to the skin.

After use, rinse the panties with cold water before washing.*
Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius. Let them dry after washing, and the panties can be reused.
Do not bleach, soak, use fabric softener, tumble dry, or iron the pants.

to wash

Wash your moodies before wearing your moodies . This is very important. You can compare the absorbent fabric in the gusset with a towel: if you don't wash it, it won't absorb moisture.
to rinse

Rinse! After wearing your moodies, rinse them under the tap or take them with you in the shower before putting them in the wash. Don't soak them in water! Then hang them on the edge of the laundry basket until you wash them again.
30/40 degrees was

Wash at a maximum of 40°C (swimwear at a maximum of 30 °C) along with your other laundry. Use regular detergent or eco-friendly detergent, but no fabric softener (note that most laundry pods also contain fabric softener). Instead of fabric softener, you can use organic vinegar. Spin-drying is no problem.
to hang

Do not put in the dryer . Hang your pants to dry. It is better not to put your moodies in the dryer because this can cause the technical fabrics in the crotch to lose their effectiveness.
maintenance

Sometimes, after a few months, your panties may need a thorough overhaul . This is especially true if you occasionally notice your panties leaking more easily, or if they're starting to smell a bit more.

A more thorough cleaning every three months will ensure that the Moodies last as long as possible , you can prevent unpleasant odors and everything stays hygienic and clean .

What exactly is menstrual underwear and how does it work?

Moodies are underwear that can collect menstrual blood and light urine loss, so you no longer have to use sanitary towels, tampons or other means of collection.

Moodies uses technical fabrics in the crotch that absorb and disperse moisture and ensure that you do not leak through. There is a nice sports fabric against your skin that allows moisture to pass through easily and ensures that it feels dry.

These are all breathable fabrics, which have an antibacterial wash, which means that hardly any odor is released and it is very natural and hygienic.
how many moodies do I need to get through my period?

That of course depends on how often you wash, but assuming that is 1 or 2 times during your menstrual period, we estimate that you will need 4 to 5 pairs of pants. Check our blog for more information about this.
How often can you use and wash moodies menstrual panties?

If the washing instructions are followed, moodies will last at least 50-60 washes, so depending on how often you wear them you can use them for at least 3 years.
when should you change menstrual underwear?

With an average period you can wear moodies for a whole day or night (8-10 hours). But every period and every body is different, and if your flow is intense, the cross cannot absorb it all at once. Then choose heavy or heavy-overnight absorption, sometimes with an additional solution such as a tampon or cup.

We recommend trying it first for a day when you are relaxed at home, so that you can really experience how it works for you. And a trick: if the seams in the crotch become damp, it's time to change!
